The rounded/peaked hybrid cooking chamber promotes even heat distribution and smoke circulation, while temperatures can be adjusted from 150°F to 550°F in precise 5°F increments. Dual meat probes let you monitor food temperatures throughout the cook, and the GMG Prime 2.0 App provides remote grill monitoring and control from your phone.
