Professional-Grade Waterproofing That Moves With Your Masonry
Protect your exterior masonry from water damage, freeze-thaw cracking, and severe weathering with WaterLock Crown Repair Coating. Formulated from a proprietary blend of advanced latex acrylics, WaterLock cures into a resilient, mortar-like finish. Because it is highly elastomeric, it flexes and stretches with your masonry rather than cracking under stress.
Whether you are repairing a deteriorating chimney crown or weatherproofing concrete blocks, WaterLock creates a permanent, watertight barrier in just one coat.
Unmatched Value (2X The Coverage): WaterLock goes further. A single recommended coat provides up to twice the coverage of the leading competitors, saving you time and money.
Elastomeric & Mortar-Like: It looks like traditional mortar but performs like rubber, bridging cracks and preventing future water intrusion.
Fast-Drying Formula: Work efficiently. WaterLock is tack-free in just 1 hour and completely weather-resistant in 4 hours.
20-Year Warranty: We stand behind our product. Every container includes a warranty card guaranteeing two decades of reliable performance.
WaterLock must be applied to structurally sound, solid, clean, and completely dry substrates.
Approved Surfaces:
Exterior masonry
Stucco
Poured and precast concrete
Concrete block
Surfaces to Avoid: Do not apply to surfaces that are loose, crumbly, chalky, oil-coated, smooth plastic, or highly flexible. (Note: If applying to new construction, allow the masonry to cure for at least 30 days prior to application.)
To ensure the coating cures properly and achieves its 20-year lifespan, follow these environmental guidelines strictly:
Temperature Window: Apply only when surface and ambient temperatures are between 40°F and 90°F.
Rain & Moisture: Do not apply when it is raining, when rain is imminent, or when the surface is wet.
Freezing Warning: Do not apply if ambient temperatures will drop below 32°F, or if freezing temperatures are expected within 12 hours of application.
Humidity Factor: High humidity combined with cooler temperatures will extend the standard drying and curing times.
