This is the second liner I have installed. The order process was very easy and the people were great to deal with. They also had the best price anywhere. The liner is very high quality and installation was a breeze. The only issue I had during the whole process was an item missing from the box. The top plate was not shipped with my liner kit. A quick phone call and I had the part two days later.

I ordered the kit knowing I would need to line up some help but thinking I had a week or so to get things ready. Not so, I am amazed at how fast my order was processed , shipped , and delivered. All parts were there and when I had a couple of questions (first one I have installed) all I had to do was call and the staff was helpful and courteous. Great company to do business with. 5 stars all the way.

I was a little hesitant at first to even want to buy the liner because overall the prices on liners are high. But after finding Fireside, I was impressed with the price and even more impressed with the quality and speed in shipping. They took a lot of the stress out of the whole process.
