Ordered this To help prevent downdraft issues did not solve the problem at all the staff in customer service was very very excellent and helpful

don't screw around elsewhere,these folks got it down.i called the company that makes vacustack,gave me the wrong # for what I was looking for,took 2 seconds for fireside had the right number and checked me out,only ones I will deal with for wood stove needs.
