My chimney liner kit came without the rain cap. I contacted the company through email, and they responded in a matter of minutes. They shipped the product and I received it the next day! Thank you.

The only reason I gave quality 4 instead of 5 stars is because I thought that the chimney cap and rain cap could be made slightly cleaner with a little more care...cleaner seems, hems, spot welding, and some better deburring. The liner itself...awesome! Customer service is exceptional. Very willing to answer questions about products or installation and they overnighted me a part when the accidentally sent me the wrong thing. Would buy from them again in a second.

We priced out all our options and were looking for something made in America as well as customer service because we had a few questions that we needed to understand as we don't want our home to burn down. This was our first time installing a fireplace and had never seen it done before. We found that going with Fireside Chimney Supply was our best option where we received all and more on every front. Even though i am hesitant to spend so much on an online purchase i was very happy with how quickly and simple it was to install. I would suggest cleaning the chimney fist before you start and make sure to pay attention to the direction it goes in so that the flow is in the correct way for the corrugated flex. From start to burning a fire was one hour .

This is a wonderful company !! Great service and better yet a great American product.
