Ordered my liner kit just before Christmas and it came the following week. I thought very timely given the holiday madness. The kit itself was complete and of good quality. I needed the 8-inch, which just for a heads up, isn't quite so flexible and easy to install as the YouTube videos allude. But, I made it work and we have a cozy family room. Thanks!

My chimney liner kit arrived only a few days after ordering it. It took less then an hour to pull the liner down the old clay flue and and hook up to my insert. My chimney had about a 45° turn at the bottom and the liner easily made the turn! My fireplace insert now burns and heats as efficiently as advertised!! Thanks for selling me a great liner kit!!
