I decided to tackle this project myself - install flexible liner to attached wood burning insert. Needed 25 ft liner - so I was pretty high up on the roof with a ladder. My wife actually got up there and fed me the liner as I dropped it down the chimney to a buddy waiting below(he's scared of heights). Worked out well ! The top plate and rain cap were simple and quick to install. I was pleased with the product, delivery time, and quality. Thank !

The instructions were vague yet the process was intuitive. Diagram or picture based instructions would have been helpful and appreciated. One end only had the aluminum coating for three feet without the stainless/ insulation section. Product was excellent.

I am happy with the purchase. It was a little tedious to work out the shipping but got the order and installed it and my stove is working well.

I did have a small problem with my order where they sent the wrong appliance adapater. They had one here the next day no questions asked and were very apologetic.

I'm extremely happy that I got my chimney liner from Fireside. I looked at a lot of sites trying to decide which one was the best. Fireside not only had the best product by offering the insulated pipe with the additional aluminum outside protective liner. It was also the best price. The kit arrived at my house ready to go. It was only a couple of hours before my father and I had it installed and the wood stove tied in. Has been keeping us nice and warm already.
