I received the stainless steel chimney cap in exceptional delivery time, completed as ordered, and packaged very protectively. Although seemingly a bit pricey, the Fed Ex delivery of the cap to my home was included in the “all up” costs - not a bad deal!! The cap fit like a glove with little wiggle room to spare and looks & performs as expected. The folks who built this for me are true craftsmen and I extend a sincere thank you to them. Also, it’s made by folks right here in the USA!!!

I couldn't be more pleased with the exceptional craftsmanship, quality of the material, and the speed in which I received the order - just 4 days from placing it! Their advice to add a 1/4" to the dimensions was crucial to achieving the perfect fit. The installation was a breeze. Having explained my outer pipe was 13.5", they adjusted my order from a 14" collar to a 13" one, and it too fit perfectly. My price and value ratings are the result of my surprise at the cost having never before looked into it. Their price were very competitive. Although I expect this will last my lifetime, I fully recommend them to anyone needing chimney parts.

Very timely and very nice

I contacted a couple of places to get the chase and chimney and one responded right away but didn't inquire about my dimensions. Bill, on the other hand, called to verify dimensions and walked me through the entire process more than once to ensure I was ordering the right sizes etc. Great customer service!
