The guy that helped me install it has installed several and said this was a better quality than others he installed, and much cheaper (half the price of some quotes). He was impressed that it came with the top, collars and clean out. Since our chimney has a brick cap on it, the liner was too stiff to install from the top (we tried) so we took it inside on the ground floor and laid it down a hallway and shoved/pulled it up the 35 feet with little/no trouble through an 1800's stone chimney. And thanks for sending an extra foot of liner. That ensured that we had enough to play with to get it properly positioned and fitted. Your website and staff are excellent also.

We installed the kit in a new construction chimney.the kit we ordered over the phone custom fit like a glove the only slight problem we ran into was lining up the thimble but with a little patience it wasn't all that bad either i would recommend the liner kit for ease of installation and completeness and quality of all parts involved thank you for your help

Great product! Great price! Free and speedy shipping. We heat primarily with wood stove and after installing kit I really feel safer knowing there is a liner in chimney. Haven't cleaned liner yet but am sure it will be a breeze

This product was great. Came as described and instructions on how to install it. Great build quality as well.

We simply pressed the round duct into a slight oval to fit our brick flue and the FireFlex was relatively easy to pull down and attach to the Tee. we made a plywood dam with a hole for the tee and left it in place until the special cement set up. Our only mistake was that we had to order a second shipment of the cement because it was hard to estimate. Shipping was very quick.
