This is the third one I ordered from Fireside Chimney spot on every time

Exactly what I needed. Great quality and workmanship.
Received very quickly, only complaint is 2 corners were dented from shipping.

I shopped around online and found Fireside Chimney Supply had the best price for my chase cover. All the special options and custom sizing and it was still $50 cheaper than competitors. Four days before I planned to install my chase cover it came in pretty badly damaged. It was obviously just poor handling in transit but Bill at Fireside sent me a new one at no cost and I had it in time to install on my original date. The cover fit like a glove and looks great.

I had a leaking, very irregular faux stone chimney. It was difficult to measure and plan a chase cover for it. I called Bill and he was able to provide exactly the advise I needed to get over my fear of getting the whole thing wrong. I submitted my order for the chase cover and a rain cap along with the measurements and what I received was exactly what I needed to solve my problem.

Received very quickly and was packed exceptionally well for shipment. Very good craftsmanship however it was racked (didn't sit flat) probably due to welding on the collar. Of course it did not rack when placed on the chimney - sat flat. Looks great - very happy. Would buy again.

The cover fit like a glove. No tweaking needed. I placed onto the chase and secured it. Fireside was great to deal with over the phone. Will do business with them again.

This is my second purchase in a month or so. It is my second because the first experience was so good. This 1-hole chase cover is also an excellent product. It fit perfectly and was easy to install. Before production Bill called me to make sure what I asked for was what I needed. I realized I had made a mistake in the original specifications, and his call prevented me from receiving a product that was not what I needed. I have given contact info for Fireside to my contractor at his request because he was impressed with quality and fast response also.
