I hope was unsure of what we needed and nervous about ordering an expensive part on line. The phone lines were open and went both ways. Photos helped with the severe language limitations I felt. The extra help with the plan and execution were essential to me. We installed the chimney cap ourselves with little hassle and uncertainty. It appear to be a quality install.
